OUR STORY

In 2015, Wishibam was a fashion and beauty marketplace with a twist, offering free and unlimited access to an e-personal shopper service. We intuitively knew that in order to enjoy sustainable online profitability, we needed to build a relationship with our customers. In order to make that happen, we had to offer them an emotional online experience, mirroring the experience provided by in-store sales assistants, and thereby achieve a rate of conversion and repeat business that matched the physical business.

We did not want a soulless Amazon-type business, though, preferring to develop Wishibam For Business, in order to offer a personalized shopping experience to as many shoppers as possible.

 

OUR AMBITION

We believe that shopping deserves to be reinvented. Online commerce should not just be a bigger catalogue offering rapid delivery and constant bargains. Physical stores should be places that can be experienced – a place where you feel comfortable, under no pressure, accessible everywhere and all the time.

We are convinced that shopping should be reinvented using technology.

We are a team of young, bright entrepreneurs who are ambitious and confident and who want to play their part in building tomorrow’s business.

In order to achieve our goal, we started out with the e-personal shopper service together with the modules for managing flow of goods and data processing systems and then moved on to develop various digitalization tools, creating an entire ecosystem.
