Our projects

Local authorities, shopping centers, brands, and retailers:

they trust us with their commercial digitization…

The Village Outlet

A World Premiere: 25,000m2 of commercial surface digitized with our solution. The Village Outlet, one Compagnie de Phalsbourg’s shopping centers, becomes the first physical, digital, and experiential center in the world!

Today, 70% of the center’s stores sell their stock online for an average annual revenue increase of 12%. The Village is notably the only center in France to have increased its revenue by 24% in January 2020 and to have maintained  sales despite COVID-19-induced closures

Angers Shopping

Deployed in less than 15 days during confinement and bringing together more than 150 local retailers, Angers Shoppingis the city of Angers’ civic online marketplace. Co-constructed in partnership with the city of Angers, the CCI Maine et Loire, and Angers FrenchTech, it is part of the “Smart City” initiative promoted locally

Today, all retailers are taking part in the project: independents, franchisees, even national and international brands! Flagship stores bring online-traffic to the local stores, revenues increase, and clients are satisfied

Cap3000

Cap3000 was the second shopping center to open in France

In 2014, the Nice center, owned by the real estate company Altarea, underwent expansion and renovation work. Now the 4th largest center in France, CAP 3000 was completely redesigned.

Wishibam took care of the digital aspect, setting up the an omnichannel strategy for all the center’s stores. Today, you can find the center’s brands and products on its dedicated marketplace!

Nice e-Shopping

During the Covid-19 crisis, Wishibam launched an appeal to all French wishing to become omnichannel

The city of Nice relayed it and gathered more than 100 membership applications from local retailers. Following this, we worked with local stakeholders to create the local marketplace Nice-eShopping

The site allows Nice businesses to generate online sales in addition to those in-store, and to generate traffic

Ma Petite Madelaine

Ma Petite Madelaine, located in the suburbs of Tours, is a shopping center that innovates by its “super-environmental” architecture (green spaces representing nearly 75% of the surface!) and by its plethora of innovative services for customers

Following the success of our omnichannel approach on The Village Outlet, the Phalsbourg Company asked Wishibam to take charge of the center’s digitization.

Ile-de-France

In July 2020, Wishibam was selected by the Ile de France region as a subsidized solutions for city center revitalization

The objective is to support local retail, strengthen local territories’ attractiveness and encourage local and eco-responsible consumption!

Thus, by choosing Wishibam, Ile de France cities benefit from €10,000 in regional subsidies as well as €1,500 per retailer joining the initiative!

La Réunion

The health crisis was not limited to metropolitan France and also affected French overseas territories

Wishibam’s appeal was therefore heard by the Reunion Island, which asked for its own marketplace to ensure that local retailers benefit from  being omnichannel!

The project is currently underway and will be launched in a few weeks

Waves-Actisud

With the success of omnichannel at The Village Outlet, the Compagnie de Phalsbourg asked Wishibam to digitize Waves Actisud, a center it owns and manages in Metz.

A total of 54 boutiques and 42,000m2 of retail space will be digitized from September 2020 on, to the delight of the center’s customers and brands!
